Volleys and First Time Shots
Dimensions: Two lines of players, one by either goal post, one cone 12 yards out from goal.
How to: A player sets off from one goal post and runs towards the cone, a player on the opposite goalpost passes the ball into the player by the cone. The player by the cone must then strike the ball first time on goal before heading to the opposite goalpost that they started from.
The person who delivered the ball then sets off for the cone ready to receive a ball from the other side.
Coaching Points: Adjust your body to the position of the soccer ball.
